What is G-TEP?
G-TEP (Group Traumatic Episode Protocol) is a beautifully structured, EMDR-based process that supports emotional healing, quietly, privately, and without pressure.
In this package, both parent and child sit side by side (not face to face), each working gently with their own worksheet.
There’s no need for words. No analysing. No performance.
Just quiet guidance, a held space, and your nervous systems finally getting the signal: You’re both safe enough now.
As a trauma-informed, relational integrative therapist, I create a space where healing happens without force, where relief doesn’t require explanation.
Who Is This For?
This package is perfect for you if…
-
Your child is sensitive, anxious, or holding invisible tension and you’re feeling it ripple into your own nervous system
-
You’re navigating school pressure, family changes, grief, or just the constant hum of “too much”
-
There’s been emotional tension between you lately, and you’re both ready to soften the static
-
You’re tired of trying to talk your way into healing, and ready for something quieter, deeper
-
You long to co-regulate and offer your child a felt sense of safety without doing it alone
What’s Included
-
A package of 60-minute private sessions for you and your child in-person (Penguin, Tasmania)
-
G-TEP worksheets & gentle trauma-informed facilitation
-
Somatic grounding before and after to soothe both systems
-
A calming, non-verbal space to exhale, release, and reconnect
-
Optional follow-up suggestions for continued support
This includes dual nervous system care, yours and your child’s.
A Final Note from Me
You don’t have to come with the right words.
You don’t need to fix anything.
You don’t need to know what to say.
You simply need to arrive.
Together.
And let your systems exhale.
Let’s bring co-regulation, safety, and soft repair back into the space between you.
