Gently disrupt automatic fight, flight, freeze, or fawn responses while addressing the deeper trauma.
Consolidation & Reconnection
Create meaning, release limiting beliefs, and step into a confident, empowered version of yourself.
How Sonia can support you

-
Unwind nervous system patterns around self-worth, safety, and expression
-
Rebuild trust in your body’s wisdom and emotional clarity
