Release the past and reconnect with the life you want to live

Through brain-body healing, Sonia helps women gently release survival patterns, rebuild self-trust, and reconnect with themselves.

A safe-enough space to begin again

You’re not broken, too much, or alone.

Sonia offers compassionate trauma-responsive therapy in Penguin, Tasmania (in person) and online across Australia. Her approach combines proven therapies with warmth and lived experience, so you can release survival patterns, rebuild self-trust, and reconnect with the life you want to live.

Safety & Stability

Build a secure foundation and learn practical strategies for managing emotional triggers.

Processing & Integration

Gently disrupt automatic fight, flight, freeze, or fawn responses while addressing the deeper trauma.

Consolidation & Reconnection

Create meaning, release limiting beliefs, and step into a confident, empowered version of yourself.

How Sonia can support you

In this nurturing space, you’ll be guided to:

  • Unwind nervous system patterns around self-worth, safety, and expression

  • Rebuild trust in your body’s wisdom and emotional clarity

  • Release intergenerational burdens and inherited expectations

  • Anchor into new pathways of being seen, supported, and self-led

This isn’t just therapy. It’s a nervous system reset, a turning point.

Is this you?

You’ve carried the weight of the past for too long.

Talk therapy or medication haven’t shifted the cycle. You’re tired of intrusive thoughts, triggers, and relationships that feel stuck.

What you really want is your life back, with more presence, clarity, and connection.

Sonia’s integrative brain-body therapy may help you:

Heal from traumatic experiences

Recognise unhealthy relationship patterns

Release guilt, shame, and self-criticism

Develop patience, calm, clarity and confidence

Find purpose, creativity, and connection
