My intention is to walk beside you on your money healing journey
not to fix you, but to help you remember the safety and self-worth that’s always been yours.
Together, we’ll explore the money beliefs and survival patterns that once protected you –
the under-earning, the overgiving, the guilt around receiving.
We’ll honour the strength it took to carry those stories,
and gently begin to release what no longer serves.
In their place, we’ll create space for something new to emerge –
a relationship with money rooted in nervous system safety, clarity, and deep self-trust.
My journey began with an insatiable curiosity — and a deep reverence for lifelong learning.
My healing journey didn’t begin in a clinic –
It began behind a salon chair…
and long before that, in a childhood shaped by money trauma I couldn’t name.
I grew up in the 1980s, when interest rates hit 20%.
I didn’t understand the numbers – but I felt the fear in my nervous system.
The tension. The silence. The shutdown.
That imprint stayed with me, and I’ve spent years stabilising from survival mode — not just financially, but emotionally and somatically.
As a young apprentice hairdresser, I discovered my first gift:
attunement.
Through listening. Through presence. Through seeing beyond what someone said and hearing what their body was holding.
That gift became the sacred foundation of everything I do today.
Since then, I’ve walked through seasons of profound loss, grief, and transformation —
and paired those lived experiences with extensive postgraduate training in trauma, somatics, and emotional healing.
My work is grounded in integrity, compassion, and truth-telling.
Because healing money trauma isn’t about “mindset.”
It’s about safety and feeling “safe enough”, when “safe” is so unreal.
It’s about unlearning the patterns that once protected us,
and remembering the worth that was never truly lost.
I bring creativity, curiosity, and deep reverence into every space I hold –
not to fix you…
but to help you feel safe enough- being fully you.
My approach to money trauma healing is simple, steady, and somatically safe.
Because healing your relationship with money doesn’t have to be all-at-once.
It doesn’t have to be perfect.
And it definitely doesn’t have to be overwhelming.
I work in bite-sized, body-safe steps –
Because when you’ve lived with financial trauma, survival mode becomes your baseline.
Your system’s been carrying hypervigilance, fear, shame, or shutdown for years… maybe decades.
And sometimes?
All you can do is make it through today.
Then maybe this week.
Then maybe, slowly, your capacity begins to grow.
That’s the work.
We don’t rush here.
We honour the part of you that’s still learning it’s safe to receive… to hold… to keep.
Progress doesn’t need to roar – especially when your nervous system has been roaring for years just trying to stay afloat.
In this space, transformation happens in soft, steady shifts – with your body on board, not bypassed.

Mission
My aim is to practice Trauma Informed Care (TIC), which recognises the impact of traumatic experiences on the individual, and not further exacerbating or repeating these experiences in whatever way possible.
It is how we restore safety, power and worth.

My objective is to deliver TIC, with a commitment to trauma awareness, and by understanding the impact of intergenerational trauma and oppression.
To follow through in every interaction to ensure the least possible harm, using a trauma-informed perspective.
