My intention is to walk beside you on your self-healing journey —
not to fix, but to help you remember your inner resourcefulness.

Together, we’ll explore the survival patterns that once protected you,
honour the strength it took to carry them,
and gently create space for new ways of being to emerge —
ways rooted in safety, clarity, and wholeness.

My journey began with an insatiable curiosity — and a deep reverence for lifelong learning.

My journey into healing work didn’t start in a clinic —
It began behind a salon chair.

As a young apprentice hairdresser, I discovered an innate gift: the ability to deeply attune to people. Through presence. Through listening. Through seeing beyond the surface.

That gift — of holding space with compassion and clarity — became the foundation for everything I do today.

Along the way, I’ve walked through my own seasons of grief, loss, and profound change. And I’ve paired those lived experiences with years of professional, post-graduate training to support others on their path.

My mission is simple, but unwavering:
To live and lead with integrity.

I bring curiosity, creativity, and deep compassion to every therapeutic space I hold.
Because healing isn’t about fixing.
It’s about remembering who you were before the world told you to be small.

My approach is simple, intentional, and step-by-step.

Healing doesn’t have to be overwhelming.
It doesn’t have to be all-at-once.
And it certainly doesn’t have to be perfect.

My philosophy is to break things down into bite-sized, manageable pieces —
Because I’ve witnessed, time and again, how the weight of being human can feel like too much.

Sometimes, all we can do is get through this day.
Then maybe it becomes this week.
Then, this month.

And that’s okay.

Progress doesn’t have to roar.
In my space, it gets to be gentle. It gets to honour your pace.
Because real, lasting transformation doesn’t happen in a rush —
It happens step by steady step, with your nervous system on board.

My aim is to practice Trauma Informed Care (TIC), which recognises the impact of traumatic experiences on the individual, and not further exacerbating or repeating these experiences in whatever way possible.

It is how we restore safety, power and worth.

My objective is to deliver TIC, with a commitment to trauma awareness, and by understanding the impact of intergenerational trauma and oppression.

To follow through in every interaction to ensure the least possible harm, using a trauma-informed perspective.

Inclusion & Diversity

Establishing an atmosphere that fosters equal access and opportunities for all. Acknowledging the diverse range of trauma experiences, and that there are no “right or “wrong” events that may cause trauma. Big “Ts” and Little “Ts”, acute, ancestral,  attachment, complex, developmental, intergenerational, repetitive, relational, pre-verbal  and vicarious- They all matter.

I can guide you to identify where to start on your Trauma Healing goals: training the brain, finding safety, self-regulation, finding your power, using your senses, connecting into your body, overwhelm to simplicity, inner child healing, healing grief, boundaries & filters, avoidance to presence, chaos to calm.
