If you’ve landed here, it might be because you’re tired — not just physically, but emotionally. You’ve carried so much, for so long. You’ve done all the “right” things to try to feel better, but something still isn’t shifting.

If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone. And you don’t need to try harder to “fix” yourself.

Because here’s the truth most spaces forget:
Healing doesn’t have to be earned.
Worthiness doesn’t have to be proven.
You are already good enough, exactly as you are.

My name is Sonia, and this is the space I wish had existed for me years ago.

I know what it’s like to survive by shrinking yourself — undercharging, over-giving, carrying unspoken fears while showing up strong on the outside. My own lived experience taught me that patterns of survival run deep in the body, and no amount of positive thinking can untangle them alone.

What changed everything for me? Learning to listen to my body. Learning that healing begins with presence, not pressure.

That’s what I now offer to others: spaces where the nervous system, the body, and the hidden stories finally have room to be seen, unravel and released.

Through integrative modalities like Relational Integrative EMDR, Brainspotting, Root Cause Therapy, Trauma of Money Method™ and Trauma-Informed Manifestation, I help women and heart-led humans shift what logic alone can’t reach.

This space is for you if:
