I’m deeply honoured to share that my first article, “Why Money Is the Silent Language of Family Trauma,” has just been published by Brainz Magazine, an international publication based in Sweden that amplifies voices in leadership, psychology, and human transformation.

This partnership marks a meaningful expansion in my work  ~  bringing trauma-responsive, integrative therapy conversations into a global arena.

Money is something we all interact with daily  ~  yet it’s rarely discussed with the honesty and tenderness it deserves. In my work as an integrative therapist, I’ve seen how money often carries the unspoken emotional codes of our upbringing  ~  the silence, scarcity, or stress we witnessed long before we could name it.

In this piece, I explore how money acts as a mirror  ~  reflecting the nervous system patterns and intergenerational imprints that shape how we value, give, receive, and hold security.

Because when we speak of “money blocks,” what we’re really touching are survival patterns  ~  inherited from generations who navigated fear, loss, and uncertainty.
And the body remembers.

Money isn’t just numbers in a bank account; it’s energy, emotion, and memory intertwined.
It’s the language through which many families expressed  ~  or suppressed  ~ love, power, and safety.

This article weaves together neuroscience, somatic therapy, and real-life reflections to help readers recognise that healing money trauma isn’t about “fixing” their finances  ~  it’s about listening to what their body has been trying to say all along.

Through that awareness, change becomes possible  ~  not by force, but through compassion and regulation.

As I continue my partnership with Brainz Magazine, I’ll be contributing more pieces exploring money trauma, embodiment, and healing through the lens of the nervous system  ~  honouring the safe-enough pace of human growth.
